I'm going to teach you how to adapt to your gluten free diet.

We all lead busy lives but when we are suddenly faced with having to cut gluten from the diet, life can become complicated. There is so much to learn and you may feel as though you'll never enjoy food again. That's where I come in. With my personal experience of following a gluten free diet and bringing up a child with coeliac disease I'm going to lead you through the gluten free maze. You'll learn everything I've discovered over 20 years in a short space of time so that you'll feel happy and confident about eating once again. What's more, you'll learn gluten free baking and cooking skills that will enable you to live a happy and healthy life.

We are in the process of getting a diagnosis for our daughter and have been told either way that eliminating gluten/wheat from her diet will be the end result so we have been trying to find as much information as possible. This course has been amazing and eased so many stresses of the unknown and these ums and arghs. The print outs are not only helpful for us but also to give to her care providers IE school, childminders, close family/friends as it's put them at ease knowing what to look for in foods etc. We love the meal plan forms, we've been playing around with meal ideas already so once we make the change we have a few weeks planned already. Its also helped point out items I would possibly have missed IE drinks (fruit and barley juices were obvious to avoid but I never thought about checking flavoured milk drinks). I would definitely recommend this course for anyone who is just starting out as it really does help put the minefield into context and makes it so much easier to understand and makes it less scary/daunting.

This is such an informative program. My son has been on a gluten free diet for approx 2 years and I wish I’d had this then. I’ve still learnt so much without having to spend my own time researching for hours on the internet. I now feel really confident to go into the kitchen and start baking some yummy gf recipes rather than buying the highly process, unhealthy and expensive supermarket alternatives. The program has definitely given me and my husband more confidence with reading food labels and organising our kitchen. Would definitely recommend this program. Vicki delivers clear and informative videos and excellent resources which you can download for future reference when out and about. Thanks so much.

Hi, I have to admit I was a little worried about buying a video course as I am visually impaired, but I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. All instructions were clearly described by either Vicky or her daughter. I have been gluten free for nearly 20 years and have never been able to make GF pastry until investing in Vicky's flour and following her instructions. As I am now dairy free as well some of the cheesy recipes won't be suitable for me but I intend to try out the others and many of the recipes on Vicky's website. I would highly recommend this course to anyone seeking to home their GF baking. Thank you Vicky. Best wishes and keep up the good work it is much appreciated. Karen

This is a great resource and the printable handouts are invaluable. I really like the bite size (no pun intended) chunks of information. I also like that low budgets and dairy free needs are catered for (again no pun intended). I appreciated the online support and having the social media group for extra info if needed. It can be hard to make the transition to gluten free in our very wheat-cenric western society. All in all this is a highly recommended course for those starting out on the daunting gluten free journey!

I have been following Vicki on Free From Fairy for a couple of years now on Facebook. I was so delighted when I saw these courses that she was so generously offering. In Australia we don't have Free From Fairy GF flour so indeed it is very generous that Vicki is imparting her recipe to those living out of the UK. I bought and completed the Gluten Fre Diet Basics on the same day and then on Saturday I bought and completed the Savoury Bakes course all in one evening. So lovely to have Amelia baking along and showing how easy it is for the kids to make her recipes. ! Thank you for all your time and generosity in guiding us into delicious Gluten Free Cooking! These courses are well worth the effort to do and learn that really GF baking is not all that difficult once you know the basics and then to follow through with her delicious recipes.
