What you'll get

  • Video Lessons

Simple to follow video lessons that you can watch as many times as you like. The lessons are designed to be carried out by children and adults alike. They introduce you to a variety of healthier versions of classic favourites. Where possible they have dairy free and egg free (vegan) options.

  • My Unique Wholegrain Gluten Free Flour Blend Recipe

For the first time ever I'm sharing the recipe for my successful wholegrain gluten free flour blend. Until now it has only been available to buy in the UK. Now you can make it yourself and access all the healthy recipes at www.freefromfairy.com.

  • Rice Free Baking

With so many people following the gluten free diet many more people are eating large amounts of rice. Since rice contains inorganic arsenic which builds up in the body this course will teach you how to make your own gluten free, rice free food. Especially important for gluten free children.

  • Private Support Group

Don't feel confident with you cooking? You're not alone. You will have access to a private support group where you can ask questions as well as share your successes.

  • Lifetime Access

Unlike physical cookery school, where you can forget what you've learnt, you'll have lifetime access to the content. Not only the video cookery lessons but downloadable PDF recipes for you to file in your kitchen.

Your Teacher

Vicki Montague

Founder, The Free From Fairy

At around the age of 18 I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). It took many years for me to discover that wheat and gluten were causing many of my symptoms. Once I removed them from my diet my bloating significantly reduced and I was able to eat without pain. Fast forward to 2007 when my daughter was born. She entered the world screaming and didn't really stop until she was finally diagnosed with egg and milk protein allergies at the age of 9 months. Being a keen cook and scientist I leapt to the challenge of making food that we could all eat. Then in 2010, she was diagnosed with coeliac disease, a life long autoimmune condition that necessitates a strict gluten free diet. I never wanted her to miss out on anything. I made it my mission to create wholesome food that we would all enjoy together whilst bringing her up to be happy and healthy. I won't lie. It's been hard at times. Understanding what she could eat, how to prevent cross-contamination, how to read food labels, how to manage the kitchen and bake delicious treats...but I've never given up and I'm always learning. Now I'm ready to share everything I've learnt with you.
